Privacy Policy

LSX Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, what we use it for and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

LSX Studio is a project by Lauro Trapia and Sérgio Schulze, who are the data controllers for the data collected on this website. For any question about your data, write to lsx-studio@outlook.com.

2. What data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

• name and email (required);
• company (optional);
• the services you are interested in and your project description.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your message.

If you prefer to reach us on WhatsApp (+351 923 541 054) or by email, we handle your number or address and the content of the conversation in the same way, only to reply to your request. WhatsApp conversations also go through Meta’s services, under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

3. What we use your data for

We use your data only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for 24 months after our last exchange. If you become a client, your data is then handled under the contract and kept for the periods required by law (for example, for tax purposes).

5. Who processes data on our behalf

The website and the form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores messages on our behalf. Netlify may process data outside the European Union, based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party services such as Google Fonts: the typefaces are hosted on the site itself. That is why we do not show a cookie banner.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and for data portability. Just write to lsx-studio@outlook.com; we reply within 30 days at most.

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its update date. The Portuguese version is the reference text.
