What we did

The project

Solar de Mazouco is a boutique guesthouse in the Douro International Natural Park. We built the official website to work as a direct booking channel alongside Airbnb and Booking, and as a showcase for the region.

The site tells the story of how a family house, four generations old, was restored, and pairs it with the best of the area: Douro landscapes, local food, culture and archaeology, including the famous Mazouco Horse rock engraving.

The idea

From a 1981 rock engraving to the house’s symbol.

The Mazouco Horse engraving opens the site, and the horse in the logo follows the same line.
