How we use AI in the studio, and where we don't

At LSX we use artificial intelligence every day, and we say so openly. We also think the people who hire us have the right to know which parts of the work it touches.

Where AI comes in

  • Research and preparation: summarising references, organising the brief and listing questions for the first meeting.
  • First drafts of code: repetitive components that we then review line by line.
  • Quick variations: testing several headlines, crops or palettes before choosing a direction.
  • Automations for clients: agents that find leads, prepare reports or sort incoming requests, always with a person approving.

Our AI Office is one example: a team of agents that prepares sales prospecting, but no email goes out until one of us approves it.

Where it stays out

  • The idea behind a brand. The concept, name and symbol come from conversations with the client and hand-drawn sketches.
  • The final design decision. AI suggests; we choose.
  • Images posing as real work. When we use generated images, they are there for atmosphere and are labelled.

Why this matters to you

Using AI for repetitive tasks leaves us more time for what makes a difference in your project: understanding the business, designing and refining the details. In practice, that means shorter timelines without less care in the result.

If you want to know how an AI automation could work in your business, tell us which task repeats every week. That is often where we start.
